How to work with Keyboard with out using Mouse in MAC machine.

1. Click on apple menu(Top of the screen left side). or click on Spotlight and type System Preferences.


2. Choose the System Preferences from menu or spotlight.

3. Click on Keyboard. Let the dialog open up (Make sure your in Keyboard Shortcuts tap).

4. Select the option Access to All controls(At bottom of the window) to use keyboard for full Keyboard.

5. Click ok and close the windows.

Note: You have to use the o use keyboard for full Keyboard to navigate to next Shift+Tab-bar to navigate back.  Use space in order to select an option.
