Apple will likely unveil a new full-sized iPad and a new iPad mini at the event. The full-size model is expected to be thinner and lighter than previous models. It may also sport an A7 chipset and possibly a fingerprint sensor.

The iPad mini 2nd generation will be similar to the original iPad mini with improved hardware such Apple’s new A7 chip with 1GB RAM, come in new colors, a fingerprint sensor and possibly come with Retina display.

Also on tap for the event is the release date for OS X Mavericks and hopefully some new information on the Mac Pro. Apple’s next generation powerhouse desktop was unveiled at WWDC 2013 with a radical new design. ALso expected, but not mentioned in this leak is the possible refresh of the MacBook Pro. Earlier this year, Apple updated the MacBook Air with the latest Intel Core iX chips. The iMac was recently updated, leaving the MacBook Pro as the only mainstream Mac with last year’s hardware.
